Description
Thousands of the Medpage MP5v2 Bed Movement Monitors (model #: MP5-BMA) have been sold worldwide since 1996. It is an advanced movement sensing alarm that has been alerting caregivers and family members to those who, during sleep, may experience irregular movements such as muscle spasms, unusual twitching actions or prolonged shaking movements.

The system is incredibly simple to use and reliable. Position the sensor under any mattress (even memory foam) and:
  • plug in the monitor,
  • set the sensitivity controls (motion sensitivity, sound sensitivity, delay control), and
  • turn on the pagers.

  • When it is important to know if a person is making irregular movements during sleep, there is nothing more reliable than the MP5v2. It has a battery backup that lasts 12 hours. And, it contains a radio transmitter that sends an alarm signal to a radio pager up to 225 feet away to warn parents or caregivers of irregular sleeping movements. Two pagers are supplied.

As a secondary source of monitoring the MP5-BMA includes a highly tuned microphone to detect human sounds. Sounds such as lip smacking, groans, and vocalizations over a timed period will result in alarm generation and transmission to the alarm pagers.

    SYSTEM INCLUDES:
  • Bedside monitor with built-in microphone
  • AC power adapter
  • Under-mattress sensor
  • Two radio pagers

  • MANUFACTURER WARRANTY: 1 YEAR

    PLEASE NOTE
The MP5v2 Bed Movement Alarm is not a medical device and is not intended to be used for diagnosis or monitoring of disease or other conditions, or in the cure, mitigation, treatment, or prevention of disease.
